He was sitting right there when I initially asked the front desk person about cancelations and when the front desk person went over I heard him whisper to ask me to come back later. He advised me of another option to cancel which is by certified mail to which I agreed and asked for the forms to be emailed to me. The kind front desk person was assisting with sending the email. (Honestly he should be the manager. He has great people skills, very patient and informative. Promote him! He was tall and slim with blond dreadlocks. Find him and give him a raise please! Amazing guy) *I waited on the email to be received before leaving and they were having technical difficulties. We confirmed email addresses back and forth trying to figure out why I couldn’t receive it. I am very displeased and I am asking to not be charged for the month of august because I cancelled today ****, I am billed every month at ****. We work hard for our money, and to have paid with no issues and respect your facility, to then be disrespected in such a way is atrocious. La fitness is a nationwide brand, train your staff with some better people skills and communication skills.
